Key Responsibilities
  • Sorting and Identifying: Open packages to identify contents & determine value

  • Data Input and Management: Enter new information and update existing records in databases, spreadsheets, or other digital systems 

  • Accuracy Verification: Review and validate data entries to ensure completeness, consistency, and correctness 

  • File and Record Organization: Maintain both digital and physical records for easy access and retrieval 

  • Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data 

  • Reporting: Generate reports and summaries for management or team use 

  • Compliance: Adhere to privacy, confidentiality, and data security protocols

  • Administrative Support: Assist with scanning, printing, and organizing documents as needed 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Typing Proficiency: High speed and accuracy in data entry

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to detect errors and maintain data integrity 

  • Computer Literacy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, database systems, and data entry software 

  • Time Management: Efficiently handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines 

  • Communication: Ability to collaborate with team members and report issues effectively 

  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a warehouse setting, lift up to 50# throughout the day, standing, sitting, bending
