As our company grew, Doug saw a need for faster abstract turnaround and filled that need by founding Upper Cumberland Abstracts in the Spring of 2021. With both title and abstract working as one, we strive to expedite closings which places us at the top of our industry. Our success is a byproduct of our commitment to excellence and reliability in every transaction and has led to our new location opening in Sumner County in August 2024.
